Coach provided by Running Science. Session designed to cater from be Beginners & Intermediate(C/B) through to Advance (A) runners. Track sessions mixed with tempo/strength/hills. Sessions form part of program provided by Running Science funded by Balance. NB: Remember please listen to your bodies carefully. Ramping up onto a new program will take time for your bodies to adjust.
