- Coach provided by Running Science.
- Session designed to cater from be Beginners & Intermediate(C/B) through to Advance (A) runners.
- Track sessions mixed with tempo/strength/hills.
- Sessions form part of program provided by Running Science funded by Balance.
- NB: Remember please listen to your bodies carefully. Ramping up onto a new program will take time for your bodies to adjust.
