An event every week that begins at 5:45am on Wednesday, repeating until October 24, 2018

  • Coach provided by Running Science.
  • Session designed to cater from be Beginners & Intermediate(C/B) through to Advance (A) runners.
  • Track sessions mixed with tempo/strength/hills.
  • Sessions form part of program provided by Running Science funded by Balance.
  • NB: Remember please listen to your bodies carefully. Ramping up onto a new program will take time for your bodies to adjust.
