An event every week that begins at 8:00am on Sunday, repeating until November 17, 2019
- Session designed to cater from be Beginners & Intermediate(C/B) through to Advance (A) runners.
- Long easy run catering for mixed abilities.
- Sessions form part of program provided by Running Science funded by Balance.
- NB: Remember please listen to your bodies carefully. Ramping up onto a new program will take time for your bodies to adjust.
