Run Training: Easy Run
November 3, 2016 @ 6:30 pm - 7:00 pm
- 80mins Easy Run at a pace where holding conversation is comfortable.
- Slight undulation and hills will be part of the run to introduce eccentric loading and additional adaptation.
- Session designed to cater from be Beginners & Intermediate(C/B) through to Advance (A) runners.
- Long easy run catering for mixed abilities.
- Session taken by Geoff Main.
- Sessions form part of program provided by Running Science funded by Balance.
- NB: Remember please listen to your bodies carefully. Ramping up onto a new program will take time for your bodies to adjust.
