Ride Training: Port Stephen Olympic Distance Program Weekend Ride
April 8 @ 6:30 am - 9:00 am
Week 3 Port Stephen Olympic Distance (10 Weeks);
2.5hrs T2 over an undulating course.
Stay in the seat as much as possible on this ride. In the middle on this ride complete 5x2km T2 strength endurance sets (flat straight) @ 70-80rpm on a 5mins plus easy spin recovery.

Reminder that all members should be familiar with our ride protocols. For safety reasons, please ensure you are at the start of all club rides on time (for the ride briefing), that you have bright back lights (check batteries not flat), front lights if it’s dark and carry spares.
