Balance Swim Squad

An event every week that begins at 7:00 pm on Monday, repeating until June 29, 2020
- every Monday throughout the season (excluding public holidays), 7pm at Leichhardt Park Aquatic Centre
- session starts promptly (in the water at 7pm), so arrive before 7, especially if you have questions
- you must be able to swim 300m continuous freestyle in under 8m to attend
- the squad is tailored to triathlon, with a focus on getting swim-fit, but has an element of technique and stroke correction
- bring all your swim equipment (pull buoy, fins, etc, if you have them) to every session
- these are paid sessions. Pay at LPAC reception desk on arrival and collect a ticket to give to the coach
